Meter at Arrival
When the driver arrives at the pickup address there will be an initial fixed 50 birr pickup fee on his meter. Our pricing is fixed afterwards by distance and waiting time. Drivers are required to start meter when passengers get on board.
Safety and Personal Security
RIDE vehicles have a comprehensive and passenger liability insurances, God forbid, incase anything happens. However, we advise passengers to take an extra caution and participate in the collective safety of individuals in the car. As the safety and comfort of clients is our number one target, passengers can request for a replacement car or driver if feeling insecure or uncomfortable before or during service. We are also willing to train drivers on a special request to fit in a selective venue or an environment that could boost the image of our corporate clients.
Cancellation Charges
Although we appreciate clients to complete every trip after ordering, if it is beyond ones control and cancelation is rampant we will waive it for you. Abusing this privilege might result in temporary or permanent suspension.
No Surge Price
Our pricing model is fixed based on night and day rates. Service is dependent on vehicle availability and is based on first come first serve model.
