Safety is number on priority of RIDE. We ensure that platforms and systems we use are state of the art and are aligned with global best practices. Passengers can feel safe when travelling with RIDE because cars admitted are well inspected, and drivers are fully documented. In addition to our extensive documentation, drivers are well trained to provide a high class customer service. We have prepared a special safety training for drivers from Aug 5 to 10 across five locations in Addis Ababa. More than 40,000 drivers are expected to attend this safety workshop and gain knowledge to protect customer and themselves.
